"Good day dear patients. Due to the current health situation and the strict quarantine rules, we have all experienced major changes with the way we go about our daily routines. To continue to serve you, I am currently offering online consultations so that you may seek care while in the comfort of your homes. Here are some reminders regarding this telemedicine service:

1. Since we will be meeting via the telephone or online, CONSULTATIONS ARE STRICTLY BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Patients will be paying prior to the consult to be able to secure a time slot. This is to avoid “no show” patients who will deprive other patients the opportunity to be seen.

2. The payment for the consult booking is NON-REFUNDABLE. Hence, please log-in to the video call during your scheduled consult.

3. A link to the video call will be sent to you via email and/or text message. A text reminder will also be sent to you the night prior to your consult. Should you need to change the time or date of your appointment, you may revise your booking until 5pm of the day prior to your scheduled consult.

4. Your medical records will be kept in this ClinicKo EMR system, a HIPAA-compliant platform with data encryption. Please refrain from recording any part of the consultation. Recording the consult in any form without the consent of the doctor is prohibited by law.

5. There are some innate limitations with telemedicine. The inability to physically examine you and internet connection difficulties are some examples. Rest assured that I will do my best to diagnose you and offer the best possible care despite these limitations. However, arrangements will be made to see you physically should my clinical assessment demand this.
