"The Covid-19 pandemic crisis made significant changes to our routines. As we adopt to our “new normal” by limiting our exposure to the disease, we offer our Doctor consultations in the meantime by way of using this Telemedicine service.

Telemedicine or virtual consultation is not an adequate substitute to a regular or face-to-face consultation as the doctor will not be able to do physical examination on you, and lack of access to medical tools, among others. We Doctors will only depend from the history we get from you, as well as the images we can see on the video screen to try to come up with the diagnosis for you. Arrangement can be made should there be a need to see you in person. If symptoms are not relieved as expected or the condition worsens, you must inform the Doctor immediately.
